Our specialty is bonito, which is only used from line-caught bonito. We still adhere to the traditional line-caught method. We serve it in a traditional Tosa bonito stock, topped with our special "Yuzu Ponzu" sauce, made with plenty of yuzu. We also offer "Salted Tataki" which is unique to fresh bonito. We also have a delivery service available.

The famous bonito uses only one-line bonito.I still keep the traditional fishing line.Tosa's traditional soda broth is sprinkled with plenty of Yuzu ponzu, which uses plenty of yuzu.

Tsukasa's signature bonito tataki is luxuriously charcoal-grilled.
